Prefer pen and paper? No problem. You can order by printing our form and sending it in the post.

How to Order (by post)

1. Decide your Title – the exact wording to engrave.
2. Choose Plate Size – small, medium, or large.
3. Pick Finish & Font – e.g., gold, silver, black; select your lettering style.
4. Add a Silhouette (optional) – choose a simple image if you’d like.
5. Complete the Order Form – include your phone number so we can confirm spellings if needed.
6. Include Payment –
   • Cheques payable to “Name It”, or
   • PayPal to [email protected].
     Price includes the plate, engraving, self-adhesive backing, and protective film cover.
7. Remember Postage – please add the correct postage amount.
8. Pop it in the post – we aim to dispatch by return post.
